is love worth it? (part 2)
So many girls dream of the day they get married. The Proposal. What kind of dress are they going to wear? When is it going to be? Who are they going to invite. Is all that really worth the stress? Some people think weddings should be a big deal, and some don't. But do you ever wonder how many girls really don't care if they never have a wedding. So many girls have a high expectations on wedding. They could have a great wedding but get disappointed because it didn't go as they imagined. A survey revealed that twenty-one percent of engaged, married, or divorced women were left disappointed by their marriage proposal. Wedding vows are probably the biggest part about getting married. But why do we say them if you might regret or break all the promises you just made. "to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish; from this day forward until death do us part" Eventually, many people don't have and hold each other until death. I personally, don't see the point in marriage. Divorce is a huge part and I never want to go through that. I can barley stay in a relationship for a while. Forty-one percent of first marriages end in divorce. Sixty percent of second marriages, and seventy-three percent of third marriages. Maybe my opinion on getting married will change. This is my personal opinion about getting married. Many marriages have end up until death. My great-grandparents were married for more then 60 years.
